Heard.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No.355 of 2017 registered under Sections 302 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that on the basis of the fardbeyan of the informant Ravindra Nath Thakur, the present case was lodged against unknown regarding the murder of his son Amarnath Thakur. Later on, the informant in his statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, implicated the petitioner and others, saying that his son was
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77009 of 2018(5) dt.07-05-2019 2/2 accompanied by the petitioner and others and the similar statement was given by the other family members of the informant. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner, above named, vide order dated 15.01.2019 passed by a Bench of this Court, in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No.355 of 2017, pending in the court of SDJM, Daudnagar, is, hereby, confirmed.
