The petitioner has prayed for the following relief/s :-

Patna High Court CWJC No.8906 of 2022 dt.29-07-2022 2/3 "(i) For issuance of writ in the appropriate nature commanding and directing the Respondent authorities to make payment of dues amount of Rs.4,65,035/- to the petitioner against the work completed in view of the Agreement No. 5F2/2019-20 signed between the parties on 21.08.2019 along with interest. (ii) for further direction to the Respondent authorities to dispose of the representation of the petitioner by reasoned and speaking order within time framed.

(iii) And for any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is found to be entitled in the eye of law."

After the mater was heard for some time, finding the Court not in favour of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, states that the petitioner shall be content if the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum and to take recourse to such other alternate remedies which are equally efficacious in law. Prayer allowed.

It stands clarified that all issues of fact and law are left open to be agitated by the competent authority. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the
