2. This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to appoint the petitioner on the post of Nagar Nikay Primary Teacher in Gram Panchayat Raj Phulwar South, Block Banjaria, District Motihari, East Champaran.

3. Since the petitioner is seeking an appointment as a teacher in the Panchayat, in view of the Bihar State Teaching

Patna High Court CWJC No.8715 of 2023(4) dt.02-07-2025 2/2 Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 and the decision rendered by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 10222 of 2022 in the case of Rani Kumari versus the State of Bihar and others along with series of connected writ petitions, this writ petition is hereby disposed off with a liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority for redressal of the grievances raised in the present writ petition.
