The learned counsel for the BSFC submits that the present contempt application has been filed alleging violation of order dated 14.10.2015 in CWJC No. 11746 of 2015. It is next submitted that the said order along with other analogous cases in writ application were challenged in LPA. It is further submitted that LPA No. 881 of 2016 was allowed and the order of the learned Single Judge was set aside.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the BSFC the contempt application is dismissed.
