Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 427,436 of the Indian Penal Code and 17 of Criminal Law Amendment Act.

The FIR of the occurrence is against unknown. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused-Ramnath Yadav, who has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-3. The mother of the petitioner has died on 17.06.2019. Considering the facts of this case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below
