The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 365 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302,120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the F.I.R., all the accused persons have assaulted the sister of the informant and due to the said assault she died.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady and is in custody since 18.08.2023 and she has clean antecedent.

Considering the facts that the petitioner is a lady having clean antecedent and there is no specific allegation against her, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria, in Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 365 of 2023, subject to the condition that she will co-operate in the trail.
