2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 363, 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner alongwith others kidnapped the wife of younger brother of the informant. Victim is still traceless. During course of investigation, it has come that victim has got SIM Card, which is registered in the name of this petitioner and this petitioner used to park his pickup van near the house of the victim.

4. Considering the fact that victim is still traceless, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
