2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 04.12.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.80965 of 2024 by which the petitioner was granted bail in Amarpur PS Case No.361 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted bail vide order dated 04.12.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.80965 of 2024 in Amarpur PS Case No.361 of 2024 in the event of his surrender/arrest within a period of six weeks from the date of the order, but the petitioner could not surrender within time frame because of the fact that he was in Delhi in connection with his livelihood as also he was suffering

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37541 of 2025(2) dt.20-06-2025 2/2 from serious health issues. Learned counsel prays that four weeks further time may be extended so that the petitioner may surrender before the Court below in compliance of order dated 04.12.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.80965 of 2024.

4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, four weeks' further time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below in terms of the order dated 04.12.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.80965 of 2024.

5. The application stands allowed.
