JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-07-2023 This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 10.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5874 of 2023 to the extent of correction in name of the petitioner in the cause title. It is submitted that name of the petitioner is Sameya Devi as per the Aadhaar Card and hence, in the bail petition her name was mentioned as Samiya Devi @ Samiya Debi but in the case diary it was stated as Bagiya Devi @ Bagia Devi due to which bail bond on behalf of the petitioner is not being accepted by the learned court below. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for necessary correction in the order. In view of aforesaid fact, in order dated 10.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5874 of 2023 name of the petitioner be
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45130 of 2023(2) dt.19-07-2023 2/2 read as 'Samiya Devi @ Sameya Devi @ Samiya Debi @ Bagiya Devi @ Bagia Debi' in place of 'Samiya Devi @ Samiya Debi' and further four weeks' time is granted for furnishing bail-bond.
Accordingly, order dated 10.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5874 of 2023 is modified to the above extent only. Modification petition is allowed.
