Learned counsel for the petitioner has, however, raised certain grievances in relation to non-return of original mark-sheet by the Bihar School Examination Board. It will be open for the petitioner to approach the Board for return of original documents, if submitted by him to the Board and not returned, which is otherwise required to be returned. This contempt proceeding is dropped with the observation as above.
