JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-01-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Giriyak P.S.Case No. 336 of 2018 registered under Section 374 of the Indian penal Code and Section 14(i)/14(2) of the Child Labour Act and Section 79 of the J.J.Act, 2015. Allegation against the petitioner is that he has engaged a minor boy in his hotel who was released by the labour officer and case has been lodged against the petitioner. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that allegation levelled against him is false and concocted and he is ready to abide by any condition if he is granted privilege of anticipatory bail.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, abovenamed,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1501 of 2019(2) dt.23-01-2019 2/2 in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-I, Nalanda in connection with Giriak P.S. Case No. 336 of 2018; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
