JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-05-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 66 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Case is of recovery of 36 litres of foreign liquor from a car and petitioner happens to be the owner of the car. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated only because he is the owner of the vehicle and he has no criminal antecedent and he is ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed on him. Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the receipt of this
