The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mohiuddinnagar P.S. Case No. 77 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 332, 333, 337, 353, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 45 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Considering the pre-arrest bail granted to coaccused Rajesh Choudhary @ Rajesh Mahto and Arvind Choudhary vide order dated 20.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54227 of 2018, co-accused Dilip Chaudhri @ Dilip Chaudhary vide order dated 12.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56944 of 2018 and co-accused Ravi Kumar @ Ravi Mahto vide order
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.77588 of 2018(2) dt.07-02-2019 2/2 dated 27.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59847 of 2018 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner, who is reported to be not indulged in any other case, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-6th-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Samastipur in connection with Mohiuddinnagar P.S.
