Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 365, 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier, the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 21.08.2018 as contained in Annexure1. It has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 25.11.2017 and Similarly placed co-accused Bikash Yadav has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court as contained in Annexure 5.

This court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
