The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Trial No. 2178 of 2018 arising out of Complaint Case No. C-131 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 498 (A) of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the D.P. Act.

Allegation as per F.I.R. against the petitioner, who happens to the husband of the complainant, is of subjecting his wife with cruelty with respect to demand of dowry and ousted her from his house.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case and he is still ready to keep her with full dignity and care and he has no criminal antecedents.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances as discussed above, let the petitioner, above named surrenders within a period of six weeks from the receipt of this order/orders and on surrender the petitioner file an undertaking that he will keep the complainant with dignity and care and if such a petition is filed, he shall be released on provisional bail for a period of one year by the court below to its own satisfaction and in the meantime, the learned Court below shall issue noticeto the complainant/opposite party No. 2 on her appearance before the Court below in the first week of every month for watching the conduct and after that, if the petitioner is ready to keep the complainant/opposite party No.2 with full dignity and care, his bail bond shall be confirmed otherwise, the Court is free to pass any order as it may deem fit and proper.

With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
