The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 401, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that stolen articles were recovered from the possession of the accused persons.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 10.08.2018. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. T.V. is alleged to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner. Same belongs to the petitioner. T.V. in question has not been put on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37080 of 2019(2) dt.27-06-2019 2/2 T.I.P. It cannot be said to be a stolen property. It is further submitted that the petitioner may be released on bail after completing one year in custody from 10.08.2018. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and has got criminal antecedents.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing one year in custody from 10.08.2018 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. VII, Patna in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. case No.463 of 2018. (Sudhir Singh, J) Narendra/- U T
