Patna High Court CWJC No.1132 of 2015 dt.24-07-2018 2/2 Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Saran (Chapra).
3. Learned counsel for the respondents do not oppose.
4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.
5. If such an appeal is filed before the State Appellate Tribunal, within four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off on merits expeditiously and within the statutory period.
