2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 239 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner surrounded the informant's husband and committed his murder by firing altogether ten rounds on him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a 70 years old man and is in custody since 27.12.2024. He further submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and particularly the age of the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court below, Madhepura in connection with Puraini P.S.
