Earlier the petitioner had moved before this Court in Cr. Misc. No.36410 of 2018 and he was permitted to withdraw the application, vide order dated 13.7.2018 however, another anticipatory bail application has been filed. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for anticipatory bail is dismissed and let the petitioner surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order and make prayer for regular bail.
