The petitioner is in custody since 21.03.2014 in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 32 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,436,427,384 of the Indian Penal Code, 27 of the Arms Act and 17 of the C.L.A Act. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the FIR has been registered against unknown persons but the name of the petitioner has figured in the present case on account of local politics. It is further submitted that only because one mobile number was written on the Parcha at the place of occurrence where the J.C.B machine was burnt and the said mobile along with the SIM Card were recovered from the mobile shop run by this petitioner, the petitioner has been implicated in the present case.

No.21208 of 2014 (5) dt.24-12-2014 2/2 Considering the aforementioned submissions and the fact that there is no other cogent material in the case diary and also the period of custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 32 of 2014.
