2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 384, 354(B), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioners are said to have assaulted the complainant and also misbehaved with his sister.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that there is no specific overt act against the petitioners. He submits that there is general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioners. He further submits that petitioner nos. 3 and 4 have one criminal antecedent and rest of the petitioners have no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application.

5. Learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the complainant opposing the prayer for bail submit that the victim is minor and petitioners are also involved in the present case.

6. Considering the nature of offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with C.R. Case No. 728 of 2021.
