2. Sri Mithilesh Mishra, the Director, Directorate of Land Record and Measurement, Main Secretariate, Patna .... .... Respondent/s ====================================================== Appearance :
For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Dharmesh Kumar Shrivastava For the Respondent/s : Mr. Rajiv Kumar Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 31-07-2018 It is very surprising that the order, disobedience whereof has been complained of, was passed in the year 1996, whereafter the authorities had also passed a reasoned order on 18.12.1996 but the contempt has been filed in the year 2015. I am satisfied that no contempt has been made in the present case in view of compliance of the order dated 23.08.1996 passed in CWJC no. 8 of 1995 upon passing of the reasoned order dated 18.12.1996 by the Director, Directorate of land measurement, Secretariat, Patna.
Accordingly, the present contempt petition is disposed of.
