2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the bail petition of the petitioner was rejected earlier by this Court vide order dated 01.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 21271 of 2024 but he is renewing the prayer for bail on the ground of his prolonged incarceration i.e. since 11.11.2023.
3. The report of the learned Trial Court shows that out of 16 charge-sheeted witnesses, 5 have been examined, but it does not transpire from the report as to what steps have been taken by the learned court below to procure the attendance of the remaining witnesses.

4. The learned court below is directed to conclude the trial within a period of 6 months, failing which the petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
5. The Superintendent of Police Madhubani is directed to ensure the production of the witnesses in the court below.
6. No witness, if produced in the court, shall be returned without being examined. The learned court below shall not give a date for more than 10 days in the trial court.
7. With these observations, this criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of.
