JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-07-2023 This application has been filed against the order dated 05.08.2016 passed by Special Judge Vigilance (Trap), Patna in Special Case No. 44 of 2014 arising out of Vigilance Case No. 33/2014 by which he has rejected the petition dated 27.05.2016 filed on behalf of the petitioner for discharging him from the charge alleged to have been levelled against him under Section 7/13 92 read with Section 13(1) (d) of the P.C. Act, 1988.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has vehemently argued that the grounds raised by the petitioner have not been considered while rejecting the discharge application by the Trial Court.

I have gone through the impugned order of the

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.1031 of 2016(15) dt.05-07-2023 2/2 Trial Court.

Strong prima-facie case has been found by the Trial Court and therefore, the Trial Court has rejected the discharge application of the petitioner.

In my opinion, no ground for interference in this case is made out. Moreover after framing of charge, the trial has started.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
