JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Pipra P.S. Case No. 215 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Chargesheet has been submitted under Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the fact that chargesheet has already been submitted under Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code and the fact that petitioner is in custody since 21.02.2019, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Supaul in connection with Pipra
