2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No. 283 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354B, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the allegation made in the FIR, the accused persons including the petitioner assaulted the informant and his sister-in-law, wife of his younger brother, causing head injury with an intention to kill.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that anticipatory bail filed on behalf of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 24.01.2024 passed in Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37363 of 2024(2) dt.20-09-2024 2/2 Misc. No.1248 of 2024. The petitioner seeks regular bail on the ground that the assault attributable to the petitioner to have assaulted Sahan Khatun, who sustained injury on her head is simple in nature as per the opinion of the doctor. Petitioner is in custody since 23.03.2024 and he has clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the bail prayer.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Dalsinghsarai, Samastipur in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No. 283 of 2023.
