This petition has been filed for grant of regular bail, but submission on behalf of petitioner is that the petitioner has been granted privilege of bail under Section 167(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code and, therefore, he wants to withdraw this petition.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this petition filed in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No.403 of 2019 stands dismissed as withdrawn.

However, the concerned court shall inform the Superintendent of Police, Siwan about the failure of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32021 of 2020(2) dt.08-12-2020 2/2 investigating officer in filing the charge sheet within the prescribed period.
