JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-09-2020 The present petition has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report of Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 842 of 2014, dated 10.12.2014, which has been registered under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33646 of 2016(3) dt.16-09-2020 2/2 Mr. Ram Priya Sharan Singh, learned APP has pointed out that this is a case of the year 2014 and in all its probability, the investigation of this case must have been completed by now.

However, if the investigation is still pending, it ought to be concluded within a period of three months from today. This order shall be implemented only if the investigation has remained pending.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the application stands disposed off.
