Anis Akhtar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 17.08.2020 passed by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 87370 of 2019.

Because of inadvertence, the address of the petitioner was wrongly stated in the petition to be of village - Kariyolipa, P.S - Panapur, District-Saran. The petitioner is a resident of village - Inai, P.S - Rivilganj, District - Saran. The order dated 17.08.2020 is modified to the extent that the address of the petitioner is substituted as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33265 of 2020(2) dt.19-01-2021 2/2 resident of village - Inai, P.S - Rivilganj, District - Saran. However, the court below is further directed that in the event of granting bail to the petitioner, it shall verify the correctness of the aforesaid assertion and shall insist for definite proof of the fact that the petitioner is the resident of village - Inai, P.S - Rivilganj, District - Saran and then only he shall implement the order dated 17.08.2020. The period for surrendering before the court below is further extended by eight weeks from today. The order stands modified to the extent indicated above.

The modification application stands disposed of accordingly.
