2. It has been jointly submitted that, against the order dated 25.01.2024, the petitioner filed an Anganbari Appeal before the respondent in the year 2024 itself. However, the same is still pending before the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua.

3. In light of the submissions made above, without entering into the merits of the case, this Court hereby directs the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8722 of 2025(2) dt.28-04-2026 2/2 Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua (Respondent No. 4) to pass an order in the Anganbari appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of 90 days from the date of production/receipt of a copy of this order.
