The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, an altercation took place between the parties over drainage of water in which both sides sustained injuries.

It is submitted that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute. There is delay of two

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33141 of 2022(2) dt.14-11-2022 2/2 months in lodging of the FIR without any plausible explanation. There is case and counter case. Both sides sustained injuries. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Gaya in connection with Chakand P.S. Case No. 148 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
