The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Dalsingsarai P. S. Case No. 181 of 2018 dated 04.07.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 324, 325, 354 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Though the petitioner is said to have taken part in the assault but the injuries suffered by the victim are all simple in nature. There is counter version of the occurrence as well.
Regard being had to the aforesaid facts as also
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.79962 of 2018(2) dt.17-01-2019 2/2 taking into account the clean antecedents of the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-I, Dalsingsarai, District - Samastipur in connection with Dalsingsarai P. S. Case No. 181 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
