The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Dighalbank P.S. Case No. 69 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 379, 411/34of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Referring to the prosecution, he submits that the occurrence is of 02.08.2018, whereas the F.I.R. has been lodged after 9 days of the said occurrence i.e. on 11.08.2018.
Considering the aforesaid, the petitioners named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, are directed to be released on bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76719 of 2018(2) dt.21-12-2018 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj connection with Dghalbank P.S. Case No. 69 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
