No.19029 of 2017, whereby the petitioner has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that due to illness, the petitioner could not surrender before the Court below within the stipulated period and prays for extension of time to surrender before the Court below.

Considering the above, this application is allowed and the time granted by this Court to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below by order dated 13.07.2017 passed in Cr.
