Patna High Court CR. APP (DB) No.521 of 2001(4) dt.17-12-2025 2/2 Champaran at Motihari apprising this Court that the sole appellant namely, Suman Pandey has died during pendency of this Criminal Appeal.

4. In view of the above, the instant Criminal Appeal filed by appellant- Suman Pandey stands abated.
