The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Suryagarha P.S. Case No. 157 of 2013 registered under Sections 323 and 498A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of the allegations and also the fact that initially a complaint was filed, which was referred to the police under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and with respect to an occurrence, which initially took place on 19.01.2012, the first information report has been instituted on 08.09.2013, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
