2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-A), 25(1-B)(i), 25(1AA), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. Petitioner's name has come in this case during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Arms and ammunition have been recovered from the house of co-accused. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Charge sheet has already been filed. Petitioner is in custody since 6.3.2025.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the nature of accusation and period of

Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Jehanabad in Makhdumpur Police Station Case No. 186/2024.
