2. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 302 and 34 of the IPC in connection with Pandark P.S. Case No.275 of 2023.

3. In the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners as it has been alleged that the accused persons including the petitioners came to the house of the informant and started assaulting by lathi and danda and even assaulted his mother and pushed his father,who fell, on account of which sustained injury, accordingly he was taken to hospital where he
