2. The petitioners seek bail in a complaint case punishable for offence under Sections 323, 341, 417, 406 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that in the course of business, the complainant supplied 439 quintals & 50 kg. of Maize to these petitioners for the total value of Rs. 6,77,210/- on credit and when complainant demanded aforesaid money, petitioner no. 1 issued a cheque of Rs. 4 lakhs, but the same got bounced. Thus, the petitioners misappropriated Rs. 6,77,210/- of the complainant.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that from perusal of complaint petition, it is apparent that these petitioners are engaged in sale & purchase of grains under the name of M/s RK Farmers Trading Company. The alleged dispute arose during commercial transaction between the parties. He further submits that the alleged dispute is purely civil in nature. The present complaint case has been lodged only with a view to put pressure upon petitioners to settle the dispute. Petitioners are in custody since 14.08.2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the nature of dispute and period of custody, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Purnea in connection with Complaint Case No. 1249 of 2021.
