SINHA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 04-02-2015 Learned counsel for Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 has appeared along with Manoranjan Kumar Singh, son of Late Mole Prasad Singh, the worker, whose compensation amount in terms of Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923, as decided by the Deputy Labour Commissioner, Purnea under order dated 06.07.1998 is in deposit with the Registry of this Court with up-to-date interest amounting to Rs. 2,19,032/-.

2. Let Registrar General, Patna High

Patna High Court CWJC No.5710 of 1999 dt.04-02-2015 Court ensure disbursement of the said amount to Sri Manoranjan Kumar Singh after he is identified by his lawyer Sri Kanchan Kumar Singh. The amount be handed over to Sri Singh through Banker's cheque drawn in the name of his mother Respondent No. 2.

3. With the aforesaid direction the writ petition is disposed of as this Court is satisfied after hearing the counsel for the parties that the impugned order dated 06.07.1998 does not require any interference.
