Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the 04.03.2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44194 of 2014 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 State.

Petitioners are in jail custody in connection with a case registered for forcibly taking away of a Bolero vehicle. Petitioner Anil Paswan has been identified by the driver as the one who along with Verma Sahni, Arun Sahni not only assaulted him but forcibly took away the vehicle. The other two petitioners i.e. Abhimanyu Sahani, Roshan Sahani are said to have come in possession of the vehicle from Verma Sahni but the vehicle has been recovered from the house of Oseer Sahani, who is absconding, so submitted counsel for Abhimanyu Sahni, Roshan Sahni. It is also submitted on behalf of Abhimanyu Sahani, Roshan Sahani that their antecedent is absolutely clean.

Let antecedent of the aforesaid Abhimanyu Sahani @ Abhimanyu @ Manu Sahani, Roshan Sahani be verified by the court below and if clean, they be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 284/14. So far petitioner Anil Paswan is concerned, his request for grant of bail is rejected as he has been identified by the driver of the vehicle. As he is in jail custody with effect from 18.06.2014, his trial be expedited. (V.N.Sinha, J.) P.K.P.
