JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, the name of this petitioner surfaced in confessional statement of co-accused Shyam Sundar Mistri and, thereafter, petitioner was arrested and he, too, made confessional statement before the police.

It is informed that co-accused Shyam Sundar Mistri has already been granted privilege of bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

No.32011 of 2020(3) dt.19-01-2021 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 924 of 2019.
