2. In the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for the issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondents to mutate the land in question (described in para no.3 of the petition) in favour of the petitioner forthwith and pending final hearing of the application the respondents may be directed not to disturb the possession of the petitioner from the land in dispute.
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to petitioner for filing the appropriate petition in Title Suit
Patna High Court CWJC No.15602 of 2015(12) dt.15-01-2025 3/3 No.520 of 2019 pending before the concerned Court.
4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner, as prayed for.
