Prayer is for extension of time to furnish bail-bond in pursuance of anticipatory bail order dated 25.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.50726 of 2018 in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No.99 of 2018.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the bail-bond could not be furnished as the petitioner was made accused in multiple cases for the same occurrence and the petitioner could not find bailors of the territorial jurisdiction of the Court-below.

The petitioner was allowed thirty days' time to furnish bail-bond. The petitioner has not furnished bail-bond even after

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74613 of 2018(2) dt.23-01-2019 2/2 lapse of more than three months. Hence, there is no question of extension of time.

Accordingly, the prayer is refused.
