JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 17-08-2020 Learned counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the Corporation) submits that he has filed a counter affidavit in this case on 13.07.2020. Copy of the said affidavit has not been served upon the learned counsel for the petitioner but Mr. Ranjeet Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the Corporation undertakes to serve a copy thereof on learned counsel for the petitioner through e-mail. Learned counsel for both the parties shall exchange their e-mail IDs and once it is supplied to Mr. Pandey, learned counsel for the Corporation, he would send a copy of the counter affidavit to learned counsel for the petitioner for his records.

This writ application is, thus, disposed of as having become infructuous in view of the payments already made to the petitioner.
