In view of the law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Mukhesh Kumar & Anr. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. reported in (2017) 5 SCC 387, the present writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take appropriate decision with regard to the claim of the petitioner in the light of the judgement in case of Mukhesh Kumar (supra) within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
