2. The earlier anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 04.07.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 58022 of 2021 and again vide order dated 31.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15887 of 2023, his regular bail petition was dismissed by a coordinate Bench of this Court.
3. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 31.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15887 of 2023, it was observed that if the trial is not concluded within a period of six months, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

4. It appears that after lapse of ten months, the trial is still pending.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Nawada in connection with Pakribarwan P.S. Case No. 157 of 2021, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
