Initially the writ petition was filed raising three fold grievance. During the pendency of the writ application, the grievance as to payment of salary has been redressed. Now the grievance is confined to recognition of the service of the petitioner from the date of initial appointment instead of 01.01.1989 and consequently, for grant of Parvar Vetan Maan. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner with reference to Annexure-10 submits that in the same school other similarly circumstanced were granted the benefit of continuity in service from the date of initial appointment and

Patna High Court CWJC No.8128 of 2015(3) dt.13-02-2020 2/2 they have been granted the benefit of Parvar Vetan Maan Annexure-10 contained the list of several teachers whose services was recognized from the date anterior to 01.01.1989 and they have been granted the benefit of Parvar Vetan Maan by the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Patna Division. Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents Regional Deputy Director of Education, Patna to examine the claim of the petitioner and if it is found that the case of the petitioner stands on the similar footing like person named in Annexure-10 than the petitioner should be granted the benefit of recognition of service from the initial date of appointment and also for grant of Pravar Vetan Maan like similar circumstanced other mentioned in Annexure-10.

Necessary decision in this regard must be taken by the respondents within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
