The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.That this writ application is being filed for issuance of a writ preferably in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the Respondent concerned to appoint the petitioner on the post of Accountant in block level under the district of Madhepura whereby and whereunder the Respondent Project Director ATMA cum District Agriculture Officer Madhepura has been pleased to reject the panel on the ground that time period has elapsed due to Covid -19."
