2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 246 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 309(6) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals have committed loot. They have snatched motorcycle, gold chain worth Rs.1,50,000/- and cash of Rs.22,000/- from the informant. The name of the petitioner has come in the self inculpatory statement of the co-accused, namely, Krishna Kumar. The motorcycle and a knife have been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the motorcycle and a knife have been recovered near the house of

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the fact that the petitioner is a member of a gang, which is involved in committing loot and the petitioner is also accused in seven more cases, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
